Delete your InHouse account

In the app

1. Open InHouse and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, or give the phone number you sign in with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, email address and phone number.
• Your notifications and push tokens.
• Your name and contact on your guest record at every venue.

What is kept

Venues must keep their records of top-ups, purchases and refunds for tax and accounting law. Those stay, without your name or contact. Money left at a venue stays with that venue: ask its staff for a refund before you delete your account.
